Privacy Policy

Impeccable is made by iMix Labs, the app studio of Uppervox LLC, a United States company. Questions or requests: support@imixlabs.com.
The short version
Impeccable works on your device. There is no account, no sign-in and no server that holds your reports. We do not sell data, show ads, or run analytics or tracking in the app.
Information you provide
When you make an inspection report you type and capture things yourself: the job address, the customer's name, the areas inspected, their condition, photos, notes and the customer's signature. All of it is stored on your device, inside the app's own storage. We never receive it.
Information collected automatically
None by us. The app does not use analytics, advertising identifiers, crash reporting or location tracking. Your phone's operating system may keep its own diagnostics under its own settings.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect your contacts, your location, your calendar, your photo library (only the photos you take or pick for a report are used, and they stay in the report), or any identifier about you or your device.
How reports leave your device
Only when you choose: when you share a PDF, export a backup, or send a report by email, message or another app, it goes where you send it. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Data storage and security
Reports are stored on your device and protected by your device's own encryption and passcode. Deleting the app deletes every report on that device, so export anything you need first.
Third-party services
The app is distributed by the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those stores handle downloads, updates and any purchases under their own privacy policies. No other third-party service runs inside the app.
Children's privacy
Impeccable is a professional tool and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children; we collect no data at all.
Your rights
Because we hold nothing about you, access, correction, portability and deletion are all in your own hands inside the app. If you believe we do hold something about you, write to support@imixlabs.com and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data authority.
Data retention
Your reports stay on your device for as long as you keep them. We keep nothing.

Changes are dated at the top of this page. A change that affects how your data is handled is also announced inside the app before it takes effect.
