Impeccable ("the app") is made by iMix Labs, the app studio of Uppervox LLC, a United States company ("we"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.
What the app is
A tool for writing carpet and upholstery inspection reports on site. It records what you enter and produces documents from it. It does not inspect anything itself and does not give professional, legal or insurance advice.
Your reports are yours
Everything you put into a report belongs to you or to the people you collected it from. You are responsible for having the right to collect it, including a customer's signature and photos taken on their premises, and for how you share it afterwards.
What you may not do
Use the app to produce false or misleading reports, to collect information you are not entitled to, or in any way that breaks the law. Reverse-engineer, copy or resell the app.
Availability and data
The app works offline on your device. We do not keep a copy of your data and cannot recover it if your device is lost, reset or the app is deleted. Export what you need.
Pilot period
While the app is in its pilot, features may change and may be removed. We will say so in the app before anything that affects your existing reports.
Payments
There are no payments during the pilot. If paid features are introduced later, they will be sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play under the store's terms, and these terms will be updated first.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of data, lost business or any indirect loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may end access if these terms are seriously broken.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Uppervox LLC is registered. Questions: support@imixlabs.com.
