Privacy Policy

Pet Care (working name) is made by iMix Labs, the app studio of Uppervox LLC, a United States company. Questions or requests: support@imixlabs.com.
The short version
The app works on your device. There is no account and no server that holds your pets' records. We do not sell data, show ads, or run analytics or tracking in the app.
Information you provide
Your pets' names, photos, species and breed, weights, medications, vet visits, chores, litter and feeding logs, reminders, and any notes you write. All of it is stored on your device, inside the app's own storage. We never receive it.
Information collected automatically
None by us. The app does not use analytics, advertising identifiers, crash reporting or location tracking. Your phone's operating system may keep its own diagnostics under its own settings.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect your contacts, your location, your calendar, or your photo library (only the photos you pick for a pet are used, and they stay in the app). We collect no information about you.
Reminders and notifications
Reminders are scheduled on your device by the operating system. They never pass through us.
How data leaves your device
Only when you choose: when you export a PDF health log, a backup file, or share something with your vet by email or another app. It goes where you send it, under that service's privacy policy.
Data storage and security
Records are stored on your device and protected by your device's own encryption and passcode. Deleting the app deletes every record on that device, so export a backup first.
Purchases
The optional Plus upgrade is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store handles payment and keeps the purchase record under its own privacy policy; we receive no payment details and no identifier that names you.
Children's privacy
The app is for the adults of a household. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; we collect no data at all.
Your rights
Because we hold nothing about you, access, correction, portability and deletion are all in your own hands inside the app. If you believe we do hold something about you, write to support@imixlabs.com and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data authority.
Data retention
Your records stay on your device for as long as you keep them. We keep nothing.

Changes are dated at the top of this page. A change that affects how your data is handled is also announced inside the app before it takes effect.
