Pet Care (working name, "the app") is made by iMix Labs, the app studio of Uppervox LLC, a United States company ("we"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.
What the app is
A care log and reminder tool for the pets in your home. It records what you enter and reminds you of what you scheduled. It is not veterinary advice. For anything about your animal's health, talk to a vet.
Your records are yours
Everything you enter belongs to you. You are responsible for keeping it accurate and for any decision you make from it.
What you may not do
Use the app in any way that breaks the law. Reverse-engineer, copy or resell the app.
Availability and data
The app works offline on your device. We do not keep a copy of your data and cannot recover it if your device is lost, reset or the app is deleted. Export a backup when you change phones.
Purchases
The optional Plus upgrade is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play under the store's terms. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your store account; refunds are handled by the store.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of data or any indirect loss arising from using it, and never for the health of an animal. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may end access if these terms are seriously broken.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Uppervox LLC is registered. Questions: support@imixlabs.com.
